mushrooms (e.g. champignons) 300 g |

Step 1
Boil the buckwheat in salted water until half cooked (about 15 minutes).
Step 2
In the meantime, cut fresh mushrooms into two parts, peel and finely chop the onion. Fry all this in vegetable oil until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the buckwheat and cook for another 5-10 minutes (until the buckwheat is ready).
