Cava Sangria cocktail with wine and fruit
mixture of fresh fruits and berries (e.g. strawberries, peaches and grapes) 400 g |
grapefruit 1 pc |
orange 1 pc |
brandy 125 ml |
peach liqueur 125 ml |
white grape juice 125 ml |
mint (fresh) 4 sprigs |
Cava wine (chilled) 750 ml 2 bottles |
Step 1
Place the diced fruit, sliced orange and grapefruit, brandy, liqueur, grape juice and mint in a large jug. Cover and leave in a cool place for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Pour the Cava wine into the fruit mixture and stir. Pour the Cava Sangria into glasses.
