Tilapia fillet with caramelized green beans

Ingredients


tilapia fillet 0.5 kg
green beans 400 g
honey 40 g
apple cider vinegar 15 ml
butter 80 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
lemon pepper
ground red pepper
fish seasoning

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the edges off the beans, put them into boiling salted water and cook until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Then drain in a colander.

Step 2

Blot the tilapia fillets well with a paper towel. Season with salt, lemon pepper and fish seasoning.

Step 3

Place two skillets on the stove and put butter in each. Fry the tilapia fillets for about 4 minutes on each side.

Step 4

In the second pan, fry the beans until browned. Then add the apple cider vinegar, honey, red and black pepper. Mix well.

Step 5

Caramelize the beans in the resulting syrup for about 3 minutes. Serve with fish. Enjoy!
