Original pie with smoked chicken breast, mushrooms, herbs and cheese.

FILLING: |
smoked chicken breast 100 g |
mushrooms 100 g |
sweet pepper 100 g |
hard cheese (grated) 200 g |
green onion 20 g |
dill 10 g |
parsley 10 g |
vegetable oil 10 ml |
salt, black pepper, thyme to taste |
Step 1
Combine kefir, sour cream, butter, egg, salt and sifted flour. Knead the dough, wrap it in clingfilm and leave it for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms, brisket and sweet peppers, fry in vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper, thyme and chopped herbs. Transfer the filling to a bowl, add the cheese and mix.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a circle, 2-3 millimeters thick. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Make a few cuts from the center to the edges. Place the filling around the circle. Pinch the pie by turning the cuts of dough from the center to the edges. Brush with milk and egg yolk mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and paprika.
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180℃. Enjoy.
