Hot and crispy Tzatz — deep-fried small fish.
| capelin (or other small fish) 500 g |
| wheat flour 75 g |
| salt to taste |
| fish spices to taste |
| vegetable oil (for frying) |
| FOR SERVING: |
| beer |
| lemon |
Step 1
Clean and wash the fish, salt and coat in a mixture of flour, salt and spices.
Step 2
Deep-fry in vegetable oil until crispy.
Step 3
Serve with beer and a slice of lemon. Enjoy.
You can use any other small fish (seal, hamsa, anchovy, pilchard).
