| Seal (or any small fish) 0.5 kg |
| egg 1 pc |
| wheat flour 20 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| vegetable oil 80 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Clean the seal from the backbone and bones.
Step 2
Salt, pepper, add chopped onion, egg, flour and mix.
Step 3
Shape into batons and fry in vegetable oil until browned.
Step 4
Serve with lemon, red and green onions. Enjoy.
