bacon 100 g
butter 60 g
parsley 5 g
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Fry the chopped bacon and onion in butter. Season with salt and pepper and remove with a slotted spoon to a plate.

Step 2

Fry the rolled oats in the remaining fat and butter mixture for 3-4 minutes. Salt, pour boiling water 1:2 and cook until tender.

Step 3
