Step 1
Cut the herring fillets into small cubes and place on a plate through a cooking ring.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely and sprinkle it over the herring. Pour mayonnaise over it.
Step 3
Grate boiled potatoes on top, then smear the layer with mayonnaise and salt.
Step 4
Do the same with carrots, egg whites and beets.
Step 5
Sprinkle the salad with grated yolks and decorate it with cherry tomato halves.
