Ingredients


herring fillet 80 g
onion 20 g
mayonnaise 150 g
boiled potatoes 80 g
extra salt 2 g
boiled carrots 70 g
boiled egg whites 3 pcs
peeled baked beets 150 g
boiled egg yolks 2 pcs
cherry tomatoes 20 g

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the herring fillets into small cubes and place on a plate through a cooking ring.

Step 2

Chop the onion finely and sprinkle it over the herring. Pour mayonnaise over it.

Step 3

Grate boiled potatoes on top, then smear the layer with mayonnaise and salt.

Step 4

Do the same with carrots, egg whites and beets.

Step 5

Sprinkle the salad with grated yolks and decorate it with cherry tomato halves.
