Specially for those with a sweet tooth - chocolate pizza pie with bananas, caramel sauce and ice cream

| melted butter 120 g |
| wheat flour 70 g |
| dark chocolate (72%) 200 g |
| bananas 5-6 pcs |
| vanilla ice cream 300 g |
| caramel sauce 150 g |
| CARAMEL SAUCE: |
| sugar 200 g |
| warm cream (30%) 150 ml |
| vanilla sugar 5 g |
| salt pinch |
| PIZZA DOUGH: |
| wheat flour (b/w) 125 g |
| olive oil 15 ml |
| dry yeast 6 g |
| warm water 100 ml |
| salt a pinch |
Step 1
Add the rest of the ingredients to the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Step 2
Prepare the caramel sauce. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and melt at a low temperature. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool.
Step 4
Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into a 50 cm circle. Place a small fireproof pizza plate in the center of the pizza mold. Cover it with the dough. Place the bananas around the edges and cover with the dough.
Step 5
Mix the eggs, sugar, butter, chocolate and flour. Pour the resulting mixture on the crust between the middle and the bananas. Bake the pizza pie for 25 minutes at 170℃.
Step 6
Put ice cream balls in the recess in the center, pour caramel sauce over it. Enjoy.
