Turkey meat has a special flavor and is one of the most dietary meats. Turkey wings are especially delicious when stewed, they become especially soft, tender and juicy.

carrots 140 g |
young garlic 2 cloves |
fresh dill 3 tsp. |
sunflower oil 4 tbsp. |

freshly ground black pepper to taste |

Step 1
Wash turkey wings, pat dry with paper towel and cut into manageable pieces.
Step 2
Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the wing pieces over high heat until golden on both sides.
Step 3
Place the fried wings in the pan. Sprinkle coarsely chopped onions on top. Pour water to cover the wings. Cook for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Then add carrots, salt and pepper. Cook until carrots and wings are soft. ( It took me another 40 minutes).
Step 5
Take the wings out of the pot. Chop the broth and vegetables with an immersion blender, add garlic pressed through a press.
Step 6
Return the wings back to the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Sprinkle with chopped dill, cover and turn off the heat. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the wings hot with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
