 
Green vegetables are incredibly healthy. Serve this dish alone or as a side dish. The salad will go especially well with white fish
| asparagus beans 300 g | 
| green onions (peel the heads) 300 g | 
| spinach (pick but do not chop) 500 g | 
| butter | 
| salt | 
| pepper | 
Step 1
Melt the butter in a wide skillet. Fry the beans.
Step 2
When they have softened, add the whole onion and spinach leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix well and cook until tender. For the spinach and onions, a few minutes is enough.
Step 4
Serve the salad hot.
