Ingredients


white toast bread 4 slices
lightly salted herring fillet 1 pc
fresh cucumber 1 pc
boiled beet (small) 1 pc
Philadelphia cheese 50 g

Instructions


Step 1

Toast the toast in the oven or toaster oven and trim the edges.

Step 2

Peel and grate the pre-boiled beet. Peel and finely chop the cucumber.

Step 3

Cut herring fillets into small cubes. Combine with beet and cucumber.

Step 4

Fill the filling with Philadelphia cheese and mix.

Step 5

Spread the filling on 2 toasts, cover with the remaining bread and press down a little.

Step 6

Cut the sandwiches into triangles.
