We suggest you start the week with everyone's favorite dish: flotsam pasta! But this time we suggest to modify the recipe a bit and make penne pasta with turkey and leeks!
Penne pasta 400 g |
Turkey thigh 1 pc |
Leeks |
Vegetable oil |
Butter |
Sour cream 100 ml |
Parsley greens |

Step 1
Boil the turkey thigh until tender, adding the bay leaf to the water. Separate the meat from the bone and put it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
In a mixture of vegetable and butter oil, fry leeks (the white part) cut into rings. Add the turkey mince and cook for 3-5 minutes. Pour in a little stock or water so that the mince is not dry.
Step 3
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and place the pasta in the skillet with the minced meat and onion. Stir and warm slightly.
Step 5
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley greens and ground black pepper. Serve with sour cream.
