The name of this dish speaks for itself all the ingredients for this cold summer soup are simply crumbled into a pot. Well, instead of the classic kvass and kefir, today we prepare okroshka with sour cream and mineral water.

| hunting sausages 50 g |
| cucumber 1 pc |
| radish 3-4 pcs |
| boiled egg 1 pc |
| mustard 1 tsp. |
| sour cream 3-4 tbsp. |
| dill 2 sprigs |
| green onion feathers |
| mineral water |

Step 1
Boil young potatoes in advance, cool and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut into cubes, cut radishes into circles.
Step 3
Mix the vegetables in a saucepan, add chopped ham and hunting sausages.
Step 4
Chop the egg white, and grind the yolk in a mortar with mustard, finely chopped green onion feathers and dill.
Step 5
Combine the vegetables, meat ingredients with the mustard dressing in a saucepan. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and stir.
Step 6
Fill with mineral water, stir once again and serve.
