Okroshka on kvass with veal

Refreshing okroshka on kvass with boiled veal

Ingredients


bread kvass 450 ml
boiled veal 120 g
radish 50 g
cucumbers 60 g
potatoes 70 g
hard-boiled egg 1 pc
herbs (dill, parsley and green onion) 15 g
grainy mustard 10 g
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the peeled potatoes into small straws and boil them for a minute in salted water. Allow them to cool.

Step 2

Cut the peeled cucumber, radish and veal into slices, dice the egg. Chop the greens.

Step 3

Put all the ingredients into plates, salt, pepper, add mustard and, if desired, yogurt.

Step 4

Serve with kvass. Bon appetit!
