Step 1
Boil the wheat until cooked, the main thing is not to overcook it!
Step 2
Steep the raisins in boiling water.
Step 3
Cut apricots into small cubes.
Step 4
Crush walnuts coarsely.
Step 5
Grind the poppy seeds and sugar in a coffee grinder.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients, sprinkle honey on top.

For decoration you can use meringue, strawberries, pea and alfalfa sprouts, nuts, physalis and flower petals.
