Step 1
Pour a glass of boiling water over washed wheat and cook at a low temperature for 2.5-3 hours.
Step 2
Pour 1:2 boiling water over the poppy and leave it for 30 minutes. Then beat them with a blender or grind them in a mortar.
Step 3
Combine poppy seeds, boiled wheat, chopped apricots, all berries and chopped nuts in a bowl.
Step 4
