| apple cider vinegar 150 ml |
| garlic 6 cloves |
| dry mustard seeds 3 tsp. |
| paprika 2 tsp. |
| allspice 8 peas |
| bay leaf 6 pieces |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| red pepper |
| ground coriander |
Step 1
Salt the podcheryevok abundantly, wrap it in foil, and leave it in the refrigerator for two days.
Step 2
Pour vinegar into a pot with boiling water, put onion cut into 4 pieces, salt, bay leaf, allspice and mustard seeds. Boil the salted skewers in this mixture for 1 hour, then let them cool in the broth and blot them with a paper towel.
Step 3
Combine the minced garlic, black and red pepper, coriander and paprika. Rub the skewers with the mixture, wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Bon appetit.
