Spring is that time of year when everything around us (including food!) should be colorful and pleasing to the eye! Today Dasha offers you to please your receptors.... Crunchy radishes, juicy chicken and aioli sauce, a favorite in Spain and Italy.... Mmm, try it!

Step 1
Marinate the fillet pieces in spices and olive oil.
Step 2
Trim the radishes, leaving small tails. Rinse well. Cut the root vegetables in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Thread onto skewers, alternating with chicken pieces. Roast.
Step 4
For the aioli, beat the egg yolk with the olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Add a little lemon juice and whisk again.
Step 5
Mix with the sliced radish leaves and dress with the sauce. Serve with kebab.
