Ingredients


cleaned chicken stomachs 400 g
cleaned chicken liver 400 g
peeled chicken hearts 400 g
onions 150 g
garlic 7 cloves
chicken broth 200 ml
red wine 200 ml
white dry wine 200 ml
pelati tomatoes 400 g
olive oil 50 ml
parsley 20 g
sugar 15 g
bay leaf 4 pcs
oregano 1 tsp.
fresh chili pepper to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the stomachs and hearts in half. Fry in olive oil until browned.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Pour in the white and red wine and the bay leaf. Cook until the alcohol has evaporated.

Step 4

Add chopped chili peppers, halved liver, pelati tomatoes, sugar, oregano, broth, salt and black pepper. Simmer for 45-55 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with parsley. Bon appetit!
