Step 1
Cut the stomachs and hearts in half. Fry in olive oil until browned.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the white and red wine and the bay leaf. Cook until the alcohol has evaporated.
Step 4
Add chopped chili peppers, halved liver, pelati tomatoes, sugar, oregano, broth, salt and black pepper. Simmer for 45-55 minutes.
Step 5
