A recipe that came to us from Sweden itself is chicken stewed with bananas or a dish called "Flying Jakob".

bacon 120 g |
roasted peanuts 50 g |
cream (30%) 250 ml |
ketchup 60 g |
vegetable oil 20 ml |

black pepper |
red pepper |
smoked paprika |
Step 1
Chop the bacon, fry in oil and transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Then cut the chicken meat, salt, pepper and fry in the same oil.
Step 3
Transfer to the mold together with the bacon. Add the sliced bananas and peanuts.
Step 4
Mix ketchup, cream, salt and spices, pour the mixture over the chicken and bananas.
Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 220 degrees. Bon appetit.
