| Dorbleau cheese 120 g |
| white grapes 200 g |
| walnuts 40 g |
| FOR APPLICATION: |
| honey 20 g |
| white balsamic vinegar 40 ml |
| olive oil 40 g |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Dry the nuts in the oven at 170 degrees, peel off the skin and chop with a knife. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Combine the nuts with the cheese pieces, salad mix and grapes in a bowl.
Step 2
For the dressing, mix the honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Then, stirring constantly with a whisk, pour in a thin stream of olive oil. Season with salt and stir. Dress the salad before serving. Bon appetit.
