cream cheese (or cheese mass / or fat cottage cheese) 1 kg |
sugar 200 g |
eggs 5 pcs |
vanilla sugar 20 g |
cookies (with melted milk) 220 g |
butter (softened) 100 g |
Step 1
Combine the cookies chopped in a blender with the butter and mix until smooth. Spread the mixture over the bottom of a parchment-lined baking dish.
Step 2
Put vanilla sugar, granulated sugar into the cream cheese and add 5 eggs alternately, mixing the mixture with a mixer until homogeneous. If using fat cottage cheese, rub it through a fine sieve beforehand.
Step 3
Grease the sides of the mold with butter, then spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cookie crust.
Step 4
Bake the cheesecake at 140 degrees for 35 minutes.
Step 5
Allow it to cool completely, then place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Garnish with berries if desired. Bon appetit!
