Bright refreshing orange cheesecake in ice cream form
zest of 2 oranges |
orange juice 100 ml |
cream (30%) 100 ml |
milk 100 ml |
sugar 110 g |
cream cheese ( or cheese mass / or fat cottage cheese) 400 g |
cookies (with melted milk) 120 g |
butter (softened) 45 g |
Step 1
Combine the cream, milk, sugar, juice and orange zest in a bowl, mix, cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 8-10 hours.
Step 2
Bring the present mixture to the boil, strain and allow to cool completely.
Step 3
Then combine with the cream cheese and mix with a mixer. If you use fat cottage cheese or cheese mass, grind it through a fine sieve beforehand.
Step 4
Fill the molds with the mixture, not filling to the top.
Step 5
Mix the crushed cookies with the butter and spread over the surface of the cheese mixture.
Step 6
Put the cheesecakes in the freezer until completely set. If desired, decorate with orange zest and mint. Bon appetit!
