Ingredients


GANASH:
dark chocolate 150 g
cream (33%) 150 ml
butter 30 g
cocoa 100 g
rum 2 tbsp.
FILLING:
hazelnuts 1/2 cup
GLAZURE:
dark chocolate 200 g

Instructions


Step 1

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl. Add the butter to the chocolate.

Step 2

Bring the cream to the boil and pour over the chocolate. Gently stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour the rum into the mixture.

Step 3

Put the chocolate mixture in the refrigerator to harden slightly and take it out 15 minutes before use.

Step 4

Add the cocoa to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Form the candies: take a spoonful of the chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Press a hazelnut on top of each candy.

Step 6

Melt the chocolate in a water bath to glaze the candies.

Step 7

Place the candies on a sieve with large holes in it. Place the sieve on a large plate and glaze the candy on top of the chocolate.

Step 8

Place the candies in the refrigerator to cool.
