American corn dogs with cheddar cheese sauce.

| wheat flour 120 g |
| corn flour 100 g |
| leavening agent 1 tsp. |
| milk 100-120 ml |
| egg 1 pc |
| sugar 1 tsp. |
| salt 5 g |
| turmeric 1/2 tsp. |
| vegetable oil 0.5 l |
| SOUCE: |
| sliced cheddar cheese 130 g |
| heavy cream 200 ml |
| dried garlic ¼ tsp. |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Sift together corn and wheat flour, baking powder and turmeric. Add salt, sugar, milk and egg. Stir to combine. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine cream, cheese, dried garlic and salt. Cook sauce over medium-high heat until cheese is melted.
Step 3
Thread sausages onto skewers, coat in flour, dip in batter and deep-fry, turning until browned.
Step 4
Serve corn dogs with cheese sauce. Enjoy!
