Flavorful banana fritters on kefir with banana-sour cream

Step 1
Put all the bananas in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Then let them cool, peel and mash them with a blender.
Step 2
Prepare the batter. Combine half of the banana puree, egg, egg yolk, butter, kefir and sugar. Stir to combine. Sift the flour with the baking soda, baking powder and salt, combine with the banana mixture and mix until smooth. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes. Bake the fritters on a dry griddle.
Step 3
For the banana cream, combine the remaining mashed banana, sour cream and powdered sugar. Beat the mixture with a mixer. Serve the fritters with banana cream. Enjoy!
