Incredibly tender and delicate beef tongue salad with cooked red beans and Remoulade sauce.
| boiled beef tongue 300 g |
| boiled red beans 150 g |
| Iceberg lettuce 100 g |
| green onion 20 g |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
| REMOULADE SAUCE: |
| homemade mayonnaise 120 g |
| pickled cucumber 40 g |
| spicy mustard 20 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| salt, sugar to taste |
Step 1
Combine the diced tongue with the chopped onion and beans. Season with salt, pepper and add the torn salad leaves.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Put mayonnaise, mustard, chopped cucumber and garlic, salt, sugar in a blender bowl and blend until smooth.
Step 3
