Beef tongue salad with red beans and Remoulade sauce

Incredibly tender and delicate beef tongue salad with cooked red beans and Remoulade sauce.

Ingredients


boiled beef tongue 300 g
boiled red beans 150 g
Iceberg lettuce 100 g
green onion 20 g
salt, black pepper to taste
REMOULADE SAUCE:
homemade mayonnaise 120 g
pickled cucumber 40 g
spicy mustard 20 g
garlic 1 clove
salt, sugar to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the diced tongue with the chopped onion and beans. Season with salt, pepper and add the torn salad leaves.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. Put mayonnaise, mustard, chopped cucumber and garlic, salt, sugar in a blender bowl and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Dress the salad with the sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
