Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces. The size of the pieces may depend only on personal wishes.
Step 2
Put them in an even layer in a mold and pour boiling water over them.
Step 3
Sprinkle the pumpkin pieces evenly with the seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes at 160 °C.
Step 4
