Spinach is wonderful in any form, especially in the company of Parmesan
olive oil |
garlic 2-3 cloves |
bay leaf 1 pc |
corn grits (or flour) 0.5 cup |
parmesan to taste |
spinach 1 bunch |
salt, pepper to taste |
Step 1
In a saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil.
Step 2
Pour in the water. Season.
Step 3
Stir, add the groats and cook until tender.
Step 4
Add the cheese and spinach a few minutes before cooking.
