Everything is different in Australia — even the preparation of coffee glace. Australian-style mochas use a mixer instead of a coffee machine and instant coffee instead of freshly brewed coffee.
Ingredients
| instant coffee 1 tsp. |
| ice cubes a few |
| milk 1/2 cup |
| chocolate ice cream 1-4 scoops |
Instructions
Step 1
Mix one teaspoon of instant coffee, a few ice cubes, and half a cup of milk using a mixer.
Step 2
Add 1-4 scoops of chocolate ice cream on top.
