Today it is very difficult to find such a dessert, because no one knows the exact recipe for those store-bought cakes. condensed milk 150 ml |

Step 1
Separate the biscuits into crumbs. Add the brandy to taste and stir so that the sponge cake absorbs the liquid.

Prepare the cream by beating the soft butter with condensed milk and powdered sugar. If you don't want the cream to be very sweet, you can leave out the powdered milk.
Step 3
Combine the biscuit crumbs with the cream and mix thoroughly. If the mixture is too runny, you can add a little more cookie crumbs or crushed cookies.
Step 4
With wet hands, form small balls from the sponge-cream mixture, roll in cocoa and place on a plate. Before serving, it is best to put the cake in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
