Upside down pie with caramelized apricots!

Step 1
Cut the apricots in half and remove the pips. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the apricot halves cut side down in the dish.
Step 2
Sprinkle them with flaked almonds. Melt 200 grams of sugar and pour over the apricots and almonds.
Step 3
Combine the butter with the remaining sugar and beat with a mixer. While continuing to beat, beat in one egg at a time.
Step 4
Then add the yogurt, flour, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix with a spatula until smooth.
Step 5
Transfer the batter into the mold with the apricots and spread evenly. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, then let it cool.
Step 6
