Boiled and peeled chickpeas 380 g
avocado 160 g
tahini 70 g
lemon juice 30 ml
olive oil 80 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
sugar
chili flakes

Instructions


Step 1

Blend the chickpeas with a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Add the peeled avocado, lemon juice, tahini, 50 ml olive oil, salt and sugar.

Step 3

Blitz until creamy.

Step 4

Serve the hummus drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with chili flakes. Enjoy!
