Juicy pork loin in bacon with tender broccoli puree with piquant sourness

| bacon 12 strips |
| vegetable oil 10 ml |

| PUREE: |
| broccoli 400 g |
| butter 20 g |
| 30% cream 130 ml |
| zest of half a lemon |

Step 1
Mix the spices with the sugar and salt, rub the mixture on the tenderloin and wrap in strips of bacon.
Step 2
Place in an oiled mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Boil broccoli florets in salted water. Add butter, zest, cream and beat with a blender.
Step 4
Serve the tenderloin with the broccoli puree. Enjoy.
