Light appetizer of sea bass fillet in citrus sauce
| perch fillet 0.5 kg |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| red onion 40 g |
| orange juice 250 ml |
| lemon juice 50 ml |
| orange 1/2 pc |
| lemon 1/2 pc |
| honey 20 g |
| olive oil 30 ml |
| cornstarch 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| parsley |
| fresh chili pepper |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| thyme |
Step 1
Combine the orange and lemon juice in a saucepan and dissolve the starch in the mixture. Add chopped onion and garlic, honey, salt and spices. Cook the sauce at medium-high temperature for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the lemon and orange into slices and bake in a dry frying pan.
Step 3
Slice perch fillets, season with salt and black pepper, and fry in oil until browned. Pour over the citrus sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the fillets with the roasted citrus, sprinkled with chopped parsley and chili. Enjoy.
