Sea bass in crispy breading

Flavorful sea bass in a crispy cheese breading. Stunning crispy fresh fish in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients


sea bass fillets 2 pcs
granulated garlic 20 g
breadcrumbs 3 tbsp.
parmesan cheese 50 g
dry Italian herbs 1 tsp.
vegetable oil 50 ml
salt
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare breading. Mix breadcrumbs, Italian herbs, granulated garlic and grated cheese.

Step 2

Blot sea bass fillets with paper towel, salt, pepper, breading and fry in vegetable oil until cooked through.

Step 3

Serve on lettuce leaves with lemon and cherry tomatoes.
