| granulated garlic 20 g |
| breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. |
| parmesan cheese 50 g |
| dry Italian herbs 1 tsp. |
| vegetable oil 50 ml |
| salt |
| pepper |
Step 1
Prepare breading. Mix breadcrumbs, Italian herbs, granulated garlic and grated cheese.
Step 2
Blot sea bass fillets with paper towel, salt, pepper, breading and fry in vegetable oil until cooked through.
Step 3
Serve on lettuce leaves with lemon and cherry tomatoes.
