Black currant sorbet and yogurt.
For this recipe you will need disposable or special ice cream cups and wooden sticks.
black currants 300 g |
sugar 120 g |
yogurt (unsweetened) 100 ml |
Step 1
Chop black currants with sugar in a blender, add yogurt, mix well and pour into cups.
Step 2
Place a popsicle stick in each serving and put everything in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Step 3
Carefully remove the ice cream from the cups before serving.
