Chickpeas with spicy aromatic lamb mince in Moroccan style
| ground lamb mince 400 g |
| boiled chickpeas 250 g |
| water 200 ml |
| grated ginger 2 tsp. |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| chili pepper 1 pc |
| zira 1 pinch |
| coriander 1 pinch |
| fennel 1 pinch |
| white pepper 1 pinch |
| curry 1/2 tsp. |
| olive oil 30 ml |
| sugar 2 tsp. |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Combine the minced garlic, chili pepper, sugar, salt, grated ginger and ground spices. Stir.
Step 2
Fry the mince in olive oil until lightly browned. Add the chickpeas and water and braise for 15-20 minutes. Serve with pita bread. Enjoy.
