Moroccan-style chickpeas with minced lamb

Chickpeas with spicy aromatic lamb mince in Moroccan style

Ingredients


ground lamb mince 400 g
boiled chickpeas 250 g
water 200 ml
grated ginger 2 tsp.
garlic 3 cloves
chili pepper 1 pc
zira 1 pinch
coriander 1 pinch
fennel 1 pinch
white pepper 1 pinch
curry 1/2 tsp.
olive oil 30 ml
sugar 2 tsp.
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the minced garlic, chili pepper, sugar, salt, grated ginger and ground spices. Stir.

Step 2

Fry the mince in olive oil until lightly browned. Add the chickpeas and water and braise for 15-20 minutes. Serve with pita bread. Enjoy.
