flour 2 tbsp. |
feta cheese 150 g |
garlic 1 clove |
yogurt 150 g |
sunflower oil 2 tbsp. |
dill to taste |
salt to taste |
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and carrots finely, chop the onion. Stir and add the dill, egg, flour, feta softened with a fork. Once again mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2
Cover a baking tray with baking parchment.
Step 3
Spread the mixture on the parchment in the form of fritters and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Sauce: Crush the garlic with salt, then add the yogurt, oil and mix.
Serve the vegetable fritters to the table along with the sauce and good cheer 🙌
