We're kicking off a week of delicious and cool milkshakes. And since Monday is a hard day, we can't do without sweet encouragement. Just for such occasions a recipe for a milkshake with ice cream, milk and caramel will do just fine.

| almonds 50 g |
| walnuts 50 g |
| butter 100 g |
| cream ice cream 100 g |
| milk 300 ml |
| sugar 200 g |
| ice |
Step 1
Grind the nut mixture in a coffee grinder.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, pour in the sugar and heat, stirring, until a thick caramel forms.
Step 3
Add the nuts to the caramel, mix thoroughly and cool the mixture on a silicone mat. Break the cooled caramel into small pieces.
Step 4
Thoroughly blend the milk, creamy ice cream, ice and caramel pieces in a blender.
