Ingredients


Armenian pita 2 sheets
chicken breast 200 g
pickles 1-2 pcs
white cabbage 1/8 pc
Korean carrots 100 g
sour cream 2 tbsp.
ketchup (or tomato sauce) 2 tbsp.
garlic 2 cloves
zira 1 tsp.
grill seasoning 1 tsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
salt, pepper to taste
mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
FOR MAJONESE:
egg 1 pc
salt a pinch
sugar a pinch
mustard 1/2 tsp.
vegetable oil 150 ml
lemon juice 1 tbsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Cut chicken fillet into thin slices, salt, pepper, add zira, grill seasoning, a tablespoon of sour cream and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly and leave the meat to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare the mayonnaise. Beat the egg, sugar, salt and mustard with a blender until homogeneous. While continuing to whisk, thinly stream in the vegetable oil, then add the juice of lemon. Add chopped garlic, a tablespoon of sour cream and mix.

Step 3

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet until ready. Grease a sheet of lavash with mayonnaise sauce, ketchup, lay out along the chicken fillet, Korean carrots, sliced pickle, shredded cabbage and roll up. Bon appetit!
