Classic potato salad

Let's head to Central Europe for a taste of their classic potato salad

Ingredients


boiled potatoes 300 g
bacon 100 g
pickled cucumbers 80 g
peas 40 g
red onion 30 g
green onions 10 g
non-spicy mustard 15 g
vegetable oil 35 ml
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Fry the sliced bacon in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Coarsely dice the potatoes, slice the cucumbers into round slices, dice the red onions into feathers and shape the green onions as desired.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients, add green peas, salt, black pepper, mustard and vegetable oil.

Step 4

Stir and serve with fried bacon. Enjoy.
