GRISSINI FILLINGS: Combine the water, sugar and yeast and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the sifted flour and salt to the opara. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes. Then knead the dough, form it into a "sausage" with a diameter of 5 cm and cut it into circles. Then make thin sticks, brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the grissini at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
CHEAP LOLLYPOPS: Prepare the breading. Combine the chopped nuts, dried meat and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and stir to combine. Grate the hard cheeses and mix with the cream cheese. Form cheese balls, coat them in the breadcrumbs and tip them onto the grissini. Serve on a festive table. Enjoy!
