Flavorful and crispy grissini sticks with ham and pulled brie cheese

Ingredients


puff pastry 0.5 kg
ham 150 g
mozzarella cheese 100 g
Brie cheese (or other cheese that melts well) 1 head
olive oil 30 ml
thyme 2 sprigs
black pepper to taste
flour 1 tbsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Dust the table with flour, divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out and shape each into a circle.

Step 2

Then place one sheet of dough on a parchment-lined baking tray, place the brie cheese in the center, surround it with long thin slices of ham so that it protrudes slightly beyond the edges of the dough. Season with black pepper and thyme, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 3

Make a hole in the center of the second sheet of dough for the size of a head of Brie cheese. Cover the bottom layer with the filling and press down firmly. Make rayon-shaped cuts from the center to the edges, guided by the width of the ham slices. Twist each strip of dough into a spiral. Brush with olive oil. Make incisions in the crust of the brie cheese.

Step 4

Bake the grissini at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
