Low-calorie green salad with crab sticks, egg and honey-lemon-soy dressing.

| cucumbers 80 g |
| radishes 40 g |
| crab sticks 100 g |
| boiled eggs 2 pcs |
| pumpkin seeds 20 g |
| sesame seeds 15 g |
| DRESSING: |
| honey 15 g |
| lemon juice 25 ml |
| soy sauce 20 ml |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
For the dressing, combine and mix all ingredients.
Step 2
Brown the pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds in a dry pan and let them cool.
Step 3
Cut the peeled cucumber, radish and crab sticks into circles, combine in a bowl, add half of the dressing and mix.
Step 4
Place the salad mix, vegetables with crab sticks, sliced hard-boiled eggs on plates, pour the remaining dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
