There is probably not a single person in the world who does not like to be a little lazy. At the same time, there are also no people who do not like to eat delicious food. That's why we chose lazy dumplings with potatoes and cottage cheese as the perfect breakfast: it's simple and hearty. Try it!

cottage cheese 200 g |

butter |
sour cream |
raspberry jam |
sugar 2 tbsp. |

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them until tender and mash them with a masher.
Step 2
Mix the mashed potatoes with the cottage cheese, flour and egg. Season the mixture with sugar, a pinch of salt and mix well again.
Step 3
Boil the water in a saucepan and salt it.
Step 4
Form the dumplings with two teaspoons and immediately cook them in boiling water.
Step 5
Drain the water. Top the lazy dumplings with a piece of butter.
Step 6
Serve the lazy dumplings with sour cream and raspberry jam.
