Sabayon is one of the most popular Italian sauces. It is simple to prepare: beat egg yolks with sugar and a small amount of alcohol - sweet wine or champagne. Well, you can serve it in different ways: in a creamer, with fruit or biscuit. But if you have such chocolate cups just pour the sweet sauce into them as we did!

Ingredients


egg yolks 4 pcs
sugar 6 tbsp.
dessert wine 50 ml
chocolate cups 12 pcs
FOR DECORATION:
raspberries
blueberries
fresh mint

Instructions


Step 1

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Place the bowl in the water bath and continue to whisk until the cream starts to thicken. It is important that the water for the water bath does not boil, just hot!

Step 2

Pour in the dessert wine in a thin stream while continuing to whisk the sabayon.

Step 3

When the cream is the right consistency, cool it slightly and pour it into chocolate cups.

Step 4

Garnish with raspberries, blueberries and fresh mint. Serve for dessert.
