A legendary dessert that will conquer any gourmet - coffee crème brûlée!

Ingredients


warm cream (30%) 600 ml
yolks 7 pcs
sugar 200 g
instant coffee 6 tsp.
water 20 ml

Instructions


Step 1

In a saucepan, combine the water and 80 grams of sugar and boil the caramel. Spread it on the bottom of the molds.

Step 2

Mix the yolks, 60 grams of sugar, coffee and cream. Fill the molds with the mixture and place in a deep baking tray.

Step 3

Pour boiling water to cover the molds more than halfway and bake the crème brûlée for 40 minutes at 90 degrees.

Step 4

Then let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Step 5

After the time is up, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and melt it with a torch. Bon appetit!
