Wine 750 ml
Sugar
Lemon
Cinnamon
Ginger
Cardamom
Cloves
Allspice
Vanillin

Instructions


Step 1

To make the mulled wine, pour 750 ml of dry red wine into a saucepan and heat.

Step 2

Add the spice mixture and stir.

Step 3

Keep over a low heat for 5-10 minutes without bringing to the boil.

Step 4

Add lemon and sugar or honey to taste.
